- נוֹדִיִּיןm. pl. (perh. from their shape, v. preced.) Nodiin, name of a superior variety of olives. Y.Peah VII, 20a זיתי נ׳ (not זית). Ib. דרכן ליבחן בנ׳ (not כנ׳) they are usually examined to see whether there are Nodiin among them.
